Thank you for choosing my home salon. To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients, please read the following policies carefully before booking.
Bookings & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.

Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Deposits go towards your final service total.
If you choose to cancel or not proceed with your appointment, the deposit will not be refunded.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
I kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations within 24 hours will result in loss of deposit.

No-shows will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay in full before booking again.

Repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.

Please understand that last-minute changes impact my small business.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled.
Full payment still applies, and deposits are non-refundable.
Health & Contraindications
Clients must disclose any medical conditions, medications (including Roaccutane or retinol use), pregnancy, skin sensitivities, or recent treatments prior to waxing services.
Pure Fijian Beauty is not liable for reactions if relevant information is withheld.
Children & Visitors
To maintain a calm, safe, and professional environment, Pure Fijian Beauty does not allow children or additional visitors to attend appointments.

As this is a home-based salon offering close-contact treatments, the space must remain controlled and distraction-free.
Clients who arrive with children or additional guests may be required to reschedule. Deposits will not be refunded in these cases.
Before & After Photos
Before and after photos may be taken for professional portfolio and social media purposes.

If you prefer not to have photos taken, please advise before your service.
Refunds and Products
All services are non-refundable.

Products may be exchanged if:

A visible skin reaction occurs and you notify us within 48 hours

Brazilian Wax Hygiene Policy
For the comfort, safety, and professionalism of this intimate service, all clients must arrive freshly showered and hygienically prepared.
Proper hygiene ensures optimal results and a safe environment for both client and therapist.
Pure Fijian Beauty reserves the right to decline or reschedule services if hygiene standards are not met.
Deposits will not be refunded if a service is declined due to hygiene concerns.
Privacy
Your privacy is very important to us.
